Why can't I use my credits at the booking checkout?

Your membership must be current and all dues paid. You must have at least 1 or more credits available for use in your account. For Premium Member Plans, your rental reservation period (pickup and dropoff) must be within 1 month from the time your credits are received. For other membership plans, your rental reservation period (pickup and dropoff) must be before the credit expiration date. If you are currently in the 30-day Grace Period window, your rental reservation period (pickup and dropoff) must be inside the Grace Period window.

If your membership is active, please do check the location's calendar because your reservation pickup and drop-off date might fall on dates that the location does not accept Rental Credits. To check the location's calendar, visit the Membership Page, scroll down to the AVAILABILITIES & RESTRICTIONS section, choose a location, and select the When Can I Use My Rental Credits tab.

Note: For Premium Member Plans, your credit(s) will expire 1 month from the time it is received. For members signed up before April 12, 2018, your credit(s) will expire 24 months from the time it is received. For members signed up on or after February 27th, 2020, your credit(s) will expire 12 months from the time it is received.

All credits must be used/consumed before the credit expiration date. The drop-off date of your reservation must be before the credit expiration date.
