If you are a private owner or commercial owner and will not provide your own commercial rental insurance, you must list vehicle(s) that meet the following eligibility:

- are motorcycles only;
- are registered to you;
- are registered and located in the US (except the state of New York);
- that has a clean title (no salvage, rebuilt, or branded titles);
- are legally registered to be driven on public roads;
- meet all legal requirements for your region;
- are no more than 15 years old;
- must be in excellent condition;
- meet our insurance requirements;
All privately owned vehicles that qualify to be insured through EagleShare are covered for damage that occurs while on rent, that is the renter's fault. In this case, your bike is covered for up to the total replacement value, with a maximum payout of $25,000, and you are covered for up to $1,000,000 in third-party liability insurance.
If you are a commercial owner who will provide your own commercial rental insurance, you must list vehicle(s) that meet the following eligibility:

- motorcycle, scooter, ATV, Side by Side, and/or snowmobile;
- are registered to you or to an owner who’s explicitly authorized you to list;
- have a clean title (no salvage, rebuilt, or branded titles);
- meet all legal requirements for your region;
- maximum vehicle age is 15 years old;
- must be fewer than 90,000 odometer miles;
- have a market value up to $99,000;
- must be in excellent condition;
- be subject to additional review before acceptance;
