How can I mark unavailable dates for my listing? And what is the difference between "Not available for pickup/drop-off" and "My bike is not available"?

  1. Open Your Dashboard page and click on My Bikes.
  2. Find the specific bike listing you are looking to edit, and then click on the "Edit Details" button for that bike.
  3. Once the Bike Details page has loaded, you can quickly choose to go to Step 7 - Availability and scroll down to the Calendar Availability section.
  4. You will then directly interact with the calendar by choosing the dates that you want to set unavailable.
  5. To set your unavailable days or dates, first click on the day that will be unavailable, if it is just that specific day alone, then you will do a second click. If you are doing a range of days, you would then hover your mouse to the last day you want to be unavailable and click on it.
  6. This will then open an on-screen overlay box for you to define the reason for the unavailability.
    • Not Available for Pick-up/Drop-off - You are not available for the picking up or dropping off of the bike. For example, if you set specific weekends, then new bookings will not allow pick-up or drop-off within those dates but can overlap outside of those dates (i.e. You set your vehicle to be unavailable from Jun 27 to June 30, renters will be allowed to book your vehicle for pick-up on Jun 26 and drop-off on Jul 1 because it falls outside of your unavailability dates).
    • My bike will be unavailable - Your bike is unavailable/reserved during this time period and cannot physically be rented. For example, if you need your bike for the weekends, renters will need to drop off your bike before this period or pick it up after this period. (i.e. You set your vehicle to be unavailable from Jun 27 to June 30, renters will not be allowed to book your vehicle for pick-up on Jun 26 and dropoff on Jul 1 because it overlaps your bike unavailability dates).
  7. Click on the "Mark Unavailable" button to record the unavailability and close the on-screen overlay box.
  8. You will see the days in the calendar get marked as "Unavailable". You can also reverse this by repeating the same process to mark it back to "Available" if you made a mistake or want to update things.
  9. To save your updates, you'll need to click on the "Save and Continue" button at the bottom right of the page to save all changes. The system will apply the unavailable dates you set here on this listing.
