Once your first booking is confirmed, and you've finished the online check-in, we’ll ask you to enter your address, driver’s license information, and payment information. If you didn’t get your phone number and email address verified when you created your account, we’ll ask you to enter and verify that information. We may ask for some additional photos to verify your identity. If we can’t verify your payment card, we’ll display an error message. The system will review and confirm all of this information for approval.
In most cases, approval is immediate. In some cases, we need additional information to verify your identity. If we need identity photos to verify your account, we’ll let you know.
