First, check that you are logged into your Membership Account. Second, ensure that you have rental credits available in your account balance by viewing your account dashboard located under your User Account Settings. While logged into your account, start an online reservation. After selecting your bike and adding any additional extras, you’ll be able to apply your credits towards the daily rental cost of your chosen model on the Review and Book page under the payment section just before completing your booking. Rental Credits are applied towards the daily rental cost and exclude surcharges, taxes, fees, and add-ons such as but not limited to damage waivers and insurances. Once you have agreed to the Terms and Conditions and click BOOK NOW your reservation is confirmed and you will receive a confirmation via email.
Note: For Premium Member Plans, your credit(s) will expire 1 month from the time it is received. For members signed up before April 12, 2018, your credit(s) will expire 24 months from the time it is received. For members signed up on or after February 27th, 2020, your credit(s) will expire 12 months from the time it is received.
All credits must be used/consumed before the credit expiration date. The drop-off date of your reservation must be before the credit expiration date.
