How can I know if my booking has been accepted and confirmed?

After booking your trip, we'll either send you an email informing you that your trip is tentative on waiting for the host to approve or that your trip is confirmed. You can also go to your Trip Listing Page, finding and clicking on the trip you want to access, you'll be able to see the status of your trip.
If the owner doesn’t respond or declines your trip request, we’ll help you rebook quickly with a similar motorcycle from a different owner. If we can’t find a replacement you’re happy with or if you decide not to rebook, we'll help you with the best option for a refund.
